DBG99's Terms and Conditions — Fully in English

DBG99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is a licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between DBG99 and the user of the platform ("user" or "you").

DBG99's Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. By using the platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions were written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the English version shall prevail.

To create an account with DBG99, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• The bank or mobile banking account used for transactions must be registered in your own name.
• You must comply with the applicable laws in your jurisdiction when creating and using an account.

After registration, DBG99 may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This may involve submitting your National ID, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be limited until KYC is fully completed.

There is no fee to create a DBG99 account. However, a maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months), which will be deducted from the account balance.

DBG99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and direct bank transfer.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000 BDT (limits may vary for verified accounts).
• Deposits are usually instant. In case of technical issues, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• DBG99 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above a certain limit will not be permitted until KYC is completed.
• BKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

To prevent money laundering, DBG99 follows international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. If any suspicious transaction is detected, DBG99 is obligated to report it to the relevant authorities.

DBG99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly listed on the offer page. General bonus policies are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x). This means you must place bets equal to the bonus amount multiplied by the multiplier before withdrawing the bonus.
• Validity Period: Bonuses that are not used within the specified period after claiming (typically 7 to 30 days) will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games. This will be stated in the offer's terms and conditions.
• One Account, One Bonus: Each promotion may only be used once per person.
• Bonus Stacking: Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.

DBG99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, DBG99 may void the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the DBG99 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's information.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts.
• Playing or placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or damage the platform's systems.

DBG99 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months).

Balances in accounts closed due to Terms & Conditions violations may be forfeited. However, under normal circumstances, any remaining balance will be returned within 3 business days of account closure.

DBG99 is committed to providing fair and transparent services at all times. However, DBG99's liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• DBG99 is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• DBG99 is not directly liable for errors caused by third-party game providers, but will assist in resolving any such issues.
• DBG99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence or disclosure of account credentials.

Dispute Resolution Process: If you have any dispute or complaint, please first Help Center Contact us. Our support team will review your case within 24 hours. If the issue remains unresolved, it will be escalated to a higher level.

DBG99 believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. We place the highest priority on Responsible Gaming.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.
• Reality Check: You can enable session time reminders at regular intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
